Arika Weil joined the Live Like Lou staff team as the data and advancement coordinator in September 2022. In this part-time role, Arika coordinates donation processing, generates donor acknowledgments, and ensures the ongoing integrity and accuracy of our data and constituents, including Live Like Lou’s donors, friends, ALS families, and volunteers.
A graduate of Purdue University Fort Wayne, Arika previously held roles at Hear Indiana, working in database management and front-facing development. She supported the CEO in managing grants and sponsorships while coordinating Hear Indiana’s fundraising efforts. Arika and her husband Derrick live in Indianapolis. They welcomed their first child in January 2022. In her free time, Arika enjoys quality time with her family, crafting, trying new foods, and chasing her son and three dogs around the house!
