Why did you decide to work for Phi Delta Theta?

Phi Delta Theta has given so much to me, and I wanted the opportunity to live out the Phikeia Oath: “I now declare that I pledge myself and my services to the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity…” Phi Delt has transformed my personal and professional experiences, and I can’t wait to work with others who have our shared foundation of Friendship, Sound Learning, and Rectitude.
