To create momentum around recruitment and to eliminate financial barriers for those considering membership, Phi Delta Theta encourages its members and friends to consider sponsoring a new member from a chapter of choice.
All transactions are non-tax deductible and are used to directly offset new member and initiation dues that are billed to a chapter.
On the map below, click on any of the stars (that represent Phi Delta Theta chapters, emerging chapters, and expansion projects) to see who has graciously sponsored a new member.
The Phi Delta Theta network came to life during the global pandemic to help our undergraduates, graduating seniors, Phi Delt small business owners, Phi Delt restaurant owners, and ALS families.
As chapters rebound from the barriers of the 2020-21 academic year, developing healthy budgets will continue to be a focus. We want to facilitate continued financial support for our chapters and future Phis.
Most chapters do not have structures in place to effectively reach out to their alumni base for help. We want to assist them in doing so.
The recruitment of new members continues to be vital to chapter health, and we hope this initiative will keep recruitment front-of-mind for chapters.
Offering assistance to our chapters in the form of new member/initiate fees allows chapters to pass along savings to their newest members where needed.
We encourage members and friends of Phi Delta Theta to help us spread the word about this initiative. Whether it’s emailing your chapter brothers, parents, or other Phi Delt supporters, or sharing the initiative on your chapter’s or personal social media networks, it all helps!
Thank you for your consideration of sponsoring a Phi Delt new member. Your support will relieve financial pressures at the chapter level.
All transactions are non-tax deductible and are used to directly offset new member and initiation fees that are billed to a chapter.
Financially sponsoring a new member through this initiative is not a donation to the Phi Delta Theta Foundation.
