The Pursuit of Greatness program is now Credly credentialed
Introduced in early 2021, Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity’s Pursuit of Greatness membership development program offers a self-navigated personal development experience that combines online education, applied learning, and alumni mentorship opportunities. Through the program, undergraduate members develop vital interpersonal skills and career attributes desired by employers.
In addition to the proficiencies learned, members who complete the program will benefit by achieving Credly credentialed digital badges. Credly hosts the most extensive digital credentialed network and partners with such entities as Adobe, Oxford University, Procter & Gamble, Project Management Institute, and Hilton. Earning certified digital badges through the Pursuit of Greatness program helps undergraduate members share their Phi Delt experience with potential employers and explain how it is relevant to the opportunities they seek.
Digital credentials are changing the way the world recognizes learning. Every badge contains verifiable metadata that explains the learning objectives associated with each badge and why they matter. In addition, every badge can be shared on social media, embedded into an email signature, résumé, website, or linked to for complete visibility of one’s professional story.

Personal Greatness Badge
Phi Delta Theta members are part of a values-based leadership society of men with an unquenchable thirst for personal development and the lifelong values of Friendship, Sound Learning, and Rectitude. Earners of the Personal Greatness badge have mastered interpersonal skills such as resilience, values, self-awareness, and personal finance.
Course titles include: Resiliency: Building Your Resilience Within; Values: The Foundation of Any Organization; Self-Awareness: Becoming the Greatest Version of Yourself and Maximizing Your Personality Type; Finances: Becoming Financially Savvy; and Relationship: Forging a Career Path.
Professional Greatness Badge
Phi Delta Theta members are part of a values-based leadership society of men with an unquenchable thirst for personal development and the lifelong values of Friendship, Sound Learning, and Rectitude. Earners of the Professional Greatness badge have mastered professional skills such as budget management, leadership in turbulent times, running an effective meeting, and constituent engagement.
Course titles include: Chapter Financial Management; Establishing Effective Committees; Member Accountability; Planning for a Chapter Event; Running an Efficient Meeting; Leadership in Times of Crisis; What Alumni Want; Stakeholder Communication; Keeping the Seniors Around; and Scholarship and Sound Learning.
