Transmit Greatness: Book Your Growth and Recruitment Coach Today!
Phi Delta Theta will be proactively supporting more than fifty chapters with transmitting greatness through recruitment on their respective college campuses during the upcoming academic year. The recruitment coaching program is designed to provide chapters with specialized support to run a more efficient, high-quality, dynamic recruitment system that ensures long-term membership growth and sustainability.
Chapters are selected to participate in the recruitment coaching program based on individual chapter growth potential on their respective campus, recruitment performance over the last three years, and percentage of membership graduating in the upcoming academic year.
By participating in the program chapters will receive monthly one-on-one coaching calls with a recruitment specialist or industry growth expert to help support the construction and execution of a successful recruitment program, access to a peer-to-peer communication platform to collaborate with other recruitment chairmen, recruitment focused chapter support coordinator visits including an in-person recruitment workshop, an exclusive invitation to participate in the recruitment track at the McKenzie Family Presidents Leadership Conference, and assistance with generating leads through social media marketing campaigns.
