Claim Your myPhiDelt Account
Phi Delta Theta is excited to introduce myPhiDelt this January, its new, best-in-class member portal. The introduction of enhanced technology for members and chapters has been a focus of General Headquarters (GHQ) throughout the planning and early execution phases of its new strategic plan, Phi Delt 2030. After a thorough review in early 2020, and before the disruption of COVID-19, Phi Delta Theta developed a long-term partnership with ChapterSpot and Billhighway | greekbill.
The seamless integration between ChapterSpot’s member-management technology and Billhighway | greekbill’s financial platform (greekbill) optimizes chapter operations and support from GHQ with a foundation powered by Salesforce, the world’s largest CRM/database company.
Below you can learn more about the key dates of this transition, see a sneak peak into some of the myPhiDelt features, and review our FAQs.
Key Dates in Transition to New myPhiDelt Member Portal:
- December 10, 2020: The current member portal myPDT is turned off. Chapters using Vault billing can continue to access Vault by logging in at www.omegafi.com. Phi Delta Theta encourages all chapters still utilizing Vault, Greek Capital Management, Greek Resource Services, LegFi, or any other financial services platform to schedule a greekbill demo. Greekbill is the Fraternity’s exclusive partner moving forward and will integrate with myPhiDelt, resulting in chapters only having to manage one roster between GHQ and local dues billing!
- December 10—20, 2020: GHQ will work with ChapterSpot to complete the transition of its database and member portal.
- December 28, 2020: Chapter presidents, treasurers, province presidents, and all Winter Leadership Series attendees/faculty receive ‘claim your account’ emails for myPhiDelt. To fully participate in the Winter Leadership Series, attendees and faculty, with the exception of the Recruitment Conference, will be required to have claimed their myPhiDelt account.
- January 4, 2020: All current chapter officers and volunteers receive ‘claim your account’ emails for myPhiDelt.
- January 8, 2020: All current undergraduates receive ‘claim your account’ emails for myPhiDelt.
- January 18, 2020: Alumni begin to receive their myPhiDelt ‘claim your account’ emails.
Overview of Features:
Manage Chapter Finances Through greekbill
A strong budget and easy-to-use, secure, and digital member-to-chapter dues platform is vital to the long-term health of each chapter. The Fraternity’s exclusive partnership with greekbill allows chapters to manage all officer budgets, local dues billing and reporting, member payment options, contract and payment plans, purchase cards, and tax filings (with assistance).
Phi Delta Theta highly encourages all chapters to adopt greekbill. For those using Vault billing, you may see significant cost savings by switching to greekbill.
If your chapter has not completed a greekbill demo yet, you can schedule one here. Learn more about greekbill here.
Pay GHQ Bills Online
Gone are the days of digging for that Phikeia dues invoice in your email! All GHQ bills will be sent, stored, and payable within myPhiDelt immediately. Chapter presidents, treasurers, chapter advisory board chairs, and chapter advisory board treasurers will still receive an email notice of any new invoices.
Maintain Rosters and Complete Reports
You’ll quickly see how much easier it is to update your chapter’s roster in myPhiDelt!
Moving forward, all Chapter Greatness Checklist reports, event planning forms, risk management affidavits, and any other GHQ reports will be completed directly in myPhiDelt!
Recruitment Technology
We’re excited to provide all Phi Delta Theta active and emerging chapters with a recruitment tool within myPhiDelt to help manage the chapter’s year-round and recruitment week efforts. Once recruitment is over, the chapter can quickly click ‘report’ and all new members will be reported to GHQ!
Chapter Performance Data
Wondering which direction your chapter is trending? You’ll be able to see your chapter’s historical size, Phikeia retention, new member averages, GPA, GPA campus rank, and more over the past several years, all within myPhiDelt!
Chapter Websites and E-Newsletters
Each chapter will receive a free, customizable chapter website and branded alumni newsletter templates. The chapter will be able to claim and edit their website before publishing it in early January. The website will allow the chapter to maintain a professional digital presence as potential new members, parents, alumni, and other constituents seek information online. Through a clean and forward-thinking design, the chapter will be able to display information about: the chapter, core values, recruitment, philanthropy and service, alumni opportunities, parent engagement, Famous Phis, social media activity, chapter officers, and much more, all while positioned to attract engagement from potential new members, alumni, and parents.
Maintain Your Contact Information and Search for Other Phi Delt Brothers
When you claim your myPhiDelt account, it’ll prompt you to confirm or update your contact information. We’re excited to introduce Brother Search in myPhiDelt. This feature will allow you to search across the entirety of the Phi Delta Theta membership, by your specific chapter, careers, and even one’s desire to connect with other Phis!
PDT U Online Education and Leadership Conference Registration
As with everything, more of what we do is online due to COVID-19. Our online education platform PDT U will integrate with myPhiDelt, allowing members to see which courses are available to their chapter—all directly within myPhiDelt.
Speaking of PDT U, Phi Delta Theta will host its largest Ihlenfeld University for Online Education (PDT U) educational effort—The Winter Leadership Series—virtually from January 4–21, 2021. The series will feature the Fraternity’s trademark educational offerings; Presidents Leadership Conference, Kleberg Emerging Leaders Institute, and vital education for both recruitment chairmen and Phikeia educators through the Recruitment Conference and Phikeia Education Conference.

Awards and Scholarships
No more searching for that awards packet link! Our awards application process starting in 2021 will be completed by each chapter within myPhiDelt!
